About me

I am a passionate bartender — with heart, creativity and a keen sense for aromas. For me, the world of cocktails is more than just a job; it is a craft, an art and an experience at the same time. Every drink tells a story — and I love bringing those stories to the glass.

My particular passion is rum. Hardly any other spirit is as multi-faceted, as steeped in tradition and so full of character. In my gourmet series, I dedicate myself to this diversity with dedication: Over 600 different types of rum from all over the world are waiting to be discovered — from powerful and spicy to soft and elegant.

I regularly organize exclusive rum tastings, where I take my guests on a journey of taste through countries, distilleries and styles. It is not just about trying, but about understanding, experiencing and enjoying.

In addition to tastings, I also give cocktail courses where I share my knowledge, techniques and enthusiasm. Whether classic or modern homemade creations — I show how exceptional drinks are made from high-quality ingredients and precise craftsmanship.
