In general, it was a nice evening - the guests were nice and the food delicious. However, the price-performance ratio was not right for me. There were few explanations from Koch, no joint “learnings.” Each group (2 people) cooked 1-2 recipes for themselves according to foiled instructions. Explanations were only available upon request. The kitchen is also not really suitable for such an event. There is no shared cooking island — but an L-shaped kitchen. Some ingredients were out or not available. Soft drinks: orange juice and water. There were three bottles of wine for 12 people. The ambiance in the dining room is also rather dusty and cool. For 90€, I had more expectations.

Baking bread, the title of the course, was not 100% in focus. Not every participant was given the opportunity to make bread dough themselves. Otherwise, a nice instructor and very quick support. Nice atmosphere in a pleasant atmosphere. Everything tasted delicious. Optionally choose another title. Or bake different types of bread and various dips. Unfortunately I and my companion did not learn anything new!

Nice relaxed instructor, took time to answer all questions. Ingredients were extremely fresh. Apart from the 3 broths (chicken/pork/vegetable), which were already on the stove and preferred by the chef, we participants made all the elements themselves. Nice evening 😀

First of all, the selection of dishes and ingredients was appropriate to the theme. An introduction to the recipes and cooking stations by the course instructor and her assistant was good in advance. The assistance for preparing and cooking or baking was also good. And in the end, everyone was delighted and satisfied. However, according to the website, three dishes were missing from the menu: Sweet potato shakshuka beetroot dip Baked polenta And the tonka saffron ice cream cherry sorbet was “just” mango ice cream. And if you now put that in relation to the price, I have to subtract two stars again. Too bad. I'm looking forward to your comment. I will be happy to answer any further questions you may have. Claas

The welcome was a bit strange - everyone was confused, you didn't know whether you should sit or stand and who the host actually was. In addition, too many people were registered - two kindly sacrificed themselves to go again and attend another course. But after the initial chaos, it got really nice. The food was delicious, our course instructor was very nice and you learned a bit about Korean cuisine. I wish I could have had more input. Overall, a great experience!

Not an organization. Hardly any “Italian flair.” Recipes are not correct. The organizer left 30 minutes before the end of the event. Just tap water and wine. Not recommended!

The course instructor Daniel was nice and competent. The dishes were rather simple but tasty as a result. The ingredients consisted of things that could be bought rather cheaply (lots of flour), the knives should have been sharp when it comes to the equipment, but otherwise okay. Unfortunately, they were not involved in all courts. Especially when it comes to ice cream, it was essentially necessary to bring the prepared ingredients together, so you're done quickly. Overall, however, it was an entertaining evening with delicious food. It also depends on the group, of course.

The food was delicious, however I did not like the concept that everyone only cooked one dish. Because I had to focus make (30!!) Chicken skewers, I did not have time to even look at what the others were making. In the end, a cooking class should teach you how to cook different dishes which was not the case. It would have been nice to have the recipes in both languages (Germans & English) and with some visual guidance. The food and complimentary wine was really nice, the people were lovely. The teacher could have been a little more friendly.

With 13 participants, the course was more than overcrowded. Due to the narrowness of the kitchen and the crowd of people, you could barely bake anything, most of the time you stood around and could only watch.
