In our baking class in Hamburg, you will learn step by step how real French delicacies are made — from airy choux pastry to fine Opéra cake.
What we conjure up together:
Éclairs — make choux pastry professionally, spray on & bake until golden brown
Crème pâtissière — the velvety filling for fine pastries macarons — in various colors & flavors
A course for anyone who loves sweet French crafts — whether you're a novice baker or a passionate amateur baker. Vive la patisserie!
Two different types of baking are made per event: either different macarons and éclairs or different macarons and dessert opéra.

What to bring to the class
Bring along a desire to cook, a good mood and a cake transport box for the resulting creations.
What is included in the class?
- For a small snack in between meals, we prepare a few small snacks: salad, fresh bread and herb butter.
- Prosecco as an aperitif
- Two glasses of wine, water and specialty coffee are included.

Who is the class suitable for?
Our patisserie course will appeal to beginners with little basic knowledge as well as advanced and experienced confectioners.
Important: This is a public baking course with around 10 participants. Since various baked goods are prepared and we split up into groups, we cannot guarantee that each participant will prepare both products herself. Please note that this is not a private individual course.
