Drink and Draw Berlin — Who are we?

Drink and Draw Berlin is an artist community that has been active in Berlin since 2014. We are the central meeting place for artists and offer a unique environment where you can meet other creative people and learn together. Whether you're a professional or an amateur artist, you can improve your talent and exchange ideas with like-minded people at our weekly live drawing sessions and monthly workshops. We are also organizers or co-organizers of cultural events and festivals that bring thousands of people together. In summer, you can find us at various festivals, where we present open-air drawing shows and impressive stages.

How and what is the Drink and Draw Berlin location equipped with?

Our location at Drink and Draw Berlin is equipped with everything you need to draw. For the online courses, you will receive a package in advance with all the materials you need.

We have changed locations several times in recent years and are now at home at Funkhaus Berlin. This space is used daily by architects, concept designers, fantasy illustrators, visual artists, and many others to create an inspiring environment full of ideas and creative growth. You can bring anyone you like, whether friends, family, or colleagues. If you don't have your own art materials, we'll provide you with everything you need.

What does our team look like at Drink and Draw?

The Drink and Draw Berlin team consists of 6 people: Julian, Helen, Sodbajar, Hanna, Kevin and Eileen. Each team member has an artistic background, whether it's illustration, digital art, concept design, visual art, installation, or wall painting. Your skills are also available for individual assignments!

Drink and Draw Berlin is also the ideal choice for JGAs. Instead of limiting yourself to traditional activities, you can enjoy a fun and unique experience together. Our JGA workshops offer a mix of drawing, fun and socializing. You can create your own artistic interpretation of the bachelorette and bachelor party or take part in fun group projects.

Our goal is to approach the matter without pressure and expectations of a “perfect work of art”.
