CHILLERS events: burgers, cocktails, tastings & more

We are CHILLERS — a restaurant & bar concept that brings the relaxed lifestyle of the Californian west coast to Germany. Our mission: to bring people together who love good food moments, relaxed vibes, and genuine hospitality. CHILLERS was created out of our founder Mani Metzger's passion for gastronomy, storytelling and service culture (influenced, among other things, by his time at Disney World). Step by step, a small shop became a brand in which every event feels like a short break.

Location — Your “urban beach” in the city
Our location is furnished in California beach style: warm colors, wood, surfboards, cozy sitting areas, large tables for groups and a central bar. Modern sound system, screens (e.g. for presentations or sports), flexible seating and, on request, a separate area for team events or private parties. Depending on the location, we can accommodate around 20-120 people — from small groups to private parties.

Courses & events — more than just eating out
Whether it's a burger workshop, cocktail session, tasting evening or “California Food Experience”: Our events are interactive, relaxed and always with a personal host from our team. The participants take a look behind the scenes, stand with us at the bar or at the grill and learn how our signature dishes and drinks are made — including tips & tricks for home.

Team events & private events — celebrate together, relax
We offer team events, Christmas parties, summer parties, birthdays and bachelor parties. The special thing: We combine Californian flair with clear processes and personal support. Each group receives an individual package — from menu selection and drinks packages to their own program items. This will make your event not just a meal, but a shared experience that people will talk about for a long time to come.
