Get to know Caipi-Colada
I have many years of experience in the hotel industry and worked in several famous hotels across Europe. In 1990 I fulfilled my long-awaited dream and opened the “Caipi-Colada Bar” in Hamburg. The bar and my cocktails have something special. All the influences and inspiration that I have collected during my one-year trip to the Caribbean flow directly into the bar.
