ALOHA BERLIN

Together with two friends, we did the creative mindfulness workshop at ALOHA! Even the introductory meditation has helped us to reach ourselves and in space, to perceive limits and to find inner peace. We were then able to try out creative and intuitive painting, which was incredibly good and very liberating. The atmosphere was lovingly and sensitively designed throughout, so that we felt completely at ease. A big thank you to host Käthe. 🌻

Five stars — heartily recommended! The creative mindfulness course is a real project of the heart — you can feel it from the very first moment. Katharina approaches every idea with openness and warmth and encourages very individual, artistic forms of expression. Each week brings new impulses that invite you to connect with your own thoughts and feelings in a mindful way. The small group creates a personal, almost familiar atmosphere. There is a lot of laughter and sharing and I leave the evening feeling good. If you want to discover art as a way to yourself, this is the right place for you!
