What you’ll do in the class
- We start the event with a sparkling non-alcoholic aperitif and present you with the plan for the workshop.
- Then it's off to the mat - you can get active in an 80-minute yoga session! (The session is suitable for all yoga levels.)
- To take a deep breath, there is a 10-minute break, the appropriate non-alcoholic drink and a small, sweet snack.
- Then it gets creative: In 80 minutes, you have the opportunity to paint your masterpiece with acrylic paints or watercolor (depending on the date)
- Finally, you can present your masterpiece to the group and explain your story about it.

What to bring to the class
