What you’ll do in the class
Discover a world of taste experiences at our wine & cheese tastings! Find out how to create the perfect harmony between five different types of wine and cheese and dive into the exciting world of pleasure. It will be an unforgettable experience for all senses!
- After the welcome with an aperitif, you will receive an introduction to the world of German and international wine and an introduction to the various types of cheese.
- We will then start tasting five selected wines from different growing regions. You will also be served five different types of cheese.
- For each of the wines and cheeses, we provide background information and explanations about the production process.
What is included in the class?
- Wine tasting with 5 wines from the winemaker and 5 organic cheeses
- Overview of the tasted delicacies
- Bread, olive oil, salt and water with each cheese
- Guidance on matching cheese with wine
