Class description

Let's start Sunday together in a relaxed way.

From 9:30 you can arrive relaxed and warm up with a cup of tea, from 10:00 Johanna then starts with a gentle Vinyasa flow, which allows you to leave the everyday stress of the week behind you and arrive at the moment.

Afterwards, we look forward to a hearty, invigorating breakfast from Ima vegan.

At Ima (as the name suggests) everything is vegan and organic and everything is homemade.

There are delicious pastries, homemade sourdough bread and rolls, spreads and marmalade, as well as yoghurt with granola and fruit.

Afterwards, participants have the opportunity to stroll through the shop and do some exclusive shopping in peace and quiet.

Please bring your own yoga mat, thick socks, a blanket or a large scarf for final relaxation and, if you like, cozy sweatpants.

We are looking forward to spending a very relaxing morning with you!

How does this activity work?

At 9:30 a.m., you'll arrive relaxed. If you like, have a cup of tea first.

Then we slowly get on the mat and Johanna guides us through a gentle Vinyasa flow that strengthens us for the cold season.

Afterwards, there is a vegan brunch in selected organic quality from Ima vegan.
Everything here is handmade, organic and vegan in our own bakery. There are fresh rolls, sourdough bread, croissants, pain au chocolate, French rolls, spreads, tomato mozzarella, granola with fruit and yoghurt

If you feel like it, you are welcome to stroll through Unique Mash after breakfast.
