About this class
Would you like to create something very special and breathe new life into old books? Then my “Book folding” workshop is just the thing for you. In just three hours, I'll show you the art of Orimoto — the word is made up of the Japanese terms “Ori” (folding) and “Moto” (book) and means something like “book folding art.” With this technique, you can conjure up fascinating motifs in book pages by precisely folding.
What you’ll do in the class
You can choose between two beautiful templates: a stylish heart or the word “love.” First, the design is marked on the pages and then folded in a second step.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is perfect for learning the basics of book folding while having fun. And who knows, you might even dare to embark on larger projects afterwards to implement your own ideas. No previous experience is required.
