AlmSinn wild herb snack workshops in Salzburg
A herb hike isn't enough for you? Do you also want to know which wild herb delicacies you can quickly and easily make for a healthy snack?
Then this workshop is just right for you! After a leisurely herb hike, we immediately process the collected treasures into a herbal spread, herbal pesto and herbal salt and whip up a delicious AlmSinn wild herb snack. In addition, we will taste AlmSinn products, 5020 gin from Salzburg and regional delicacies. Finally, there is a small ALMSINN surprise gift.
How does this experience take place?
I greet you with a herbal soft drink. Then we hike leisurely through the forest and along meadows. I'll show you how to identify and collect wild herbs and explain in detail how to use and process wild herbs — culinarily or for your medicine cabinet.
When your basket is full, we will stop by the workshop room after about 1.5 hours. There I'll show you how to prepare delicious wild herb products for yourself for a snack with your herbs. We make herb pesto, an aromatic wild herb spread and herbal salt for our AlmSinn wild herb snack. You will also taste my homemade AlmSinn products, the fine Salzburger Gin5020 and other regional delicacies from selected producers in SalzburgerLand. You will receive workshop documents with recipes and an ALMSinn surprise gift to take home.
