- Welcome to the Tauglerei guest garden with herbal soft drink
- Comfortable wild herb hike through forest and meadows (approx. 1.5 hours)
- Introduction to the identification, collection and use of wild herbs
- Return to workshop kitchen and small refreshments
- Preparation of a wild herb menu in small groups
