What you’ll do in the class

We meet at the Waldhütte and start arriving together in a quiet atmosphere. The surrounding nature is deliberately integrated into the experience so that we not only perceive and use the forest, but the entire natural area. Mindful walking, simple forest bathing exercises and gentle breathing impulses create more peace and clarity step by step. Time and again, we take time for short breaks, during which nature can work all by itself. Finally, we return to the hut and round off the experience in a relaxed atmosphere.

It is ideal for moms and daughters or sons who want to spend time together and experience real connection.
