About this class

Natural Flow Reset is a practice-oriented online course that shows you in an understandable way how your nervous system works and why you often feel stressed, restless or overexcited. You will learn simple breathing and natural exercises suitable for everyday use, with which you can actively regulate your stress level in just a few minutes. The focus is on a clear, actionable toolbox that helps you slow down faster, think more clearly again and stabilize yourself even in challenging situations.

What you’ll do in the class

The online course is on demand. So you can start and pause at any time. After the purchase, you will receive an email from me with a link to Ablefy.

The course starts with a short, understandable introduction to your nervous system so that you understand why your body reacts to stress. You will then be guided step by step through a 7-day flow, in which you will learn a specific exercise of breathwork and natural awareness every day.

Each unit is structured in such a way that you can integrate it directly into your everyday life, without spending much time or previous knowledge. You can either complete the course for seven consecutive days or consciously give yourself more time and implement the content at your own pace.

Who is the class suitable for?

The course is suitable for you if you notice that your stress level is permanently high, your head is no longer switching off and you are looking for easy, everyday ways to calm down again.

It is aimed at people without previous knowledge as well as anyone who has already had initial experience with mindfulness or breathing exercises, but would like more structure and a clear, effective routine.

What to bring to the class

You need an internet-enabled device, comfortable clothing, and the willingness to take time for yourself. Optionally, you can do the exercises in nature, which increases the effect, but is not a must.

The course includes a short, understandable introduction to your nervous system and a clearly structured 7-day flow with guided audio and video sessions.

You will receive an immediately implementable toolbox of breath and natural exercises that you can use at any time in everyday life, as well as accompanying impulses for self-reflection so that you can better recognize and sustainably change your own stress patterns.
