About this class
What you’ll do in the class
After a warm welcome with an aperitif and a greeting from the kitchen, your culinary experience begins. Together with other participants or as a duo, you will prepare all courses yourself under the guidance of our experienced chefs. You will learn how to make fresh pasta dough, harmoniously stage truffles and how to refine dishes both visually and taste. The Studio32 is then transformed into a stylish dinner setting. With candlelight and selected drinks, you can enjoy your homemade menu in a relaxed atmosphere.
