What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with spring rolls and sweet and sour sauce
- Introduction to ingredients and preparation techniques in Thai cuisine
- Preparation of som tam (green papaya salad)
- Preparation of pad thai (fried rice noodles with tamarind, egg, tofu, peanuts and optionally shrimp or chicken)
- Preparation of mango sticky rice (sticky rice with coconut milk and mango)
- Enjoy the menu together in a relaxed atmosphere
