About this Tour
Experience the team building workshop “Ohrenzirkus Silent Theater” experience in Berlin and strengthen the cohesion of your team through creative and playful exercises. This unique experience promotes communication, creativity, and collaboration.
The workshop starts with a relaxed warm-up of body and mind through activation exercises and group games.
You will then experience a captivating adventure with wireless headphones, in which you yourself take on the role of the main players (“Silent Theater”). Divided into two groups, you represent different perspectives in the same story and playfully solve tasks with facial expressions, movement and non-verbal communication.
In the subsequent reflection section, we work together on what you have experienced in the “ear circus”, transfer patterns to your work context and derive concrete team strategies.
The course is finally rounded off by a feedback round.
The focus of the course is on having fun and being able to develop freely - to get to know yourself and others in a new way away from everyday working life.
