- 75 min Yin Yoga
- 30 min Nidra Yoga (relaxation session)
- 30 min creative session
- 30 min meditation guide
- 120 min painting on canvas with acrylic paints including all important materials
- 2x coffee breaks with sweet and savory delights
- 1x lunch including a small starter
- Beverage package: mineral water, coffee, tea
