About this class
A Sunday morning just for you and your words.
We come together in the beautiful Heartspace art space in Prenzlauer Berg — a small group, lots of peace and quiet and vegan treats.
Regardless of whether you write creatively, have never even thought of picking up the pen or are a journaling professional: With this event, I'm giving you a space in which you don't have to do or prove anything. Be there, be with yourself and do what is good for you.
I bring a guided meditation, lots of different writing impulses, mandalas to color in (who says you'll be too old for that at some point?) and prepare a delicious vegan brunch with love. There is also the right playlist and an always very pleasant round in which you can exchange ideas.

What you’ll do in the class
This is what our morning looks like:
First of all, we arrive together: With a guided meditation that clears our mind and gets us in the mood to write. Then we dive right in: A first writing exercise with reflection questions about a common topic — gratitude, focus, best case scenarios or a look at our goals. These impulses come from my online course “Journaling for Beginners” and give you a gentle, structured introduction to writing.
If you want to dive deeper into journaling, you can order the appropriate PDF workbook with your registration at the discounted “Mindful Writer's Community” price.
Of course, there is also time for free writing: on your own project, with further writing impulses from me, or simply with what's in you right now. At the end, anyone who likes can read out a passage of text or briefly explain what the morning has moved them — voluntarily, of course.
It doesn't matter whether you're just starting out or have been writing for a long time.
All levels are welcome!
Who is the class suitable for?
For everyone!
You don't need any experience in writing or meditation — would you like to do something for yourself again and would like to get involved in a mindful setting? Then come by!
