About this experience
Silent weekend from 07.11.2024 (17:00) to 10.11.2024 (16:30)
We introduce participants to silence and silence. We round off the retreat with meditations, gentle yoga - possible for everyone - as well as sound trips, fantasy trips and breathing exercises.
We have single rooms available for all participants. You book an all-round carefree package that offers full vegetarian food and water/tea.
Practicing silence creates a power that enables us to clear and focus our mind. There is inner peace and deep serenity. With the gentle yoga exercises, the energy centers are opened and the body is strengthened. The sounds (Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, cymbals, crystal bowls, koshi) lead to deep relaxation, inner peace and we can reduce stress and blockages.
Our participants can look forward to a weekend (Thursday from 17:00 to Sunday 16:30) full of new impulses and experiences for body, mind and soul.
How does this experience take place?
The daily routine is the same for every day, so participants don't have to worry about how the day is going, but can rely on it. It leads to completely surrendering to what is happening and only dealing with yourself.
Yoga, sounds, breaks and impulse lessons take place between 7:30am and 8:00pm the last evening meditation followed by breathing exercises. The schedule is available in every room.
Basic silence is required during the course. We course instructors are of course available to every participant for exchange.
Who is it suitable for
The course is suitable for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves and is on their way. It is also suitable for people who simply want to switch off, no cell phone, no television.
It is also suitable for curious people who simply want to know what does it mean to remain silent for 4 days.
