About this experience
Aerial acrobatics is our passion. No sport combines fitness and acrobatics in such an aesthetic way. In Aerial Silks, exercises are done on cloths hanging vertically from the ceiling. A great workout that gets every muscle in shape. In addition to Aerial Silks, we also have Aerial Hoop, Static Trapeze and Flying Pole in our portfolio.
How does this experience take place?
- Welcome and introduction to the world of aerial acrobatics
- Explanation of safety rules and basic techniques
- Warm-up exercises to prepare for training
- Introduction to the basics of Aerial Silk: climbing and first figures
- Individual support in small groups (up to 8 participants)
- Opportunity to try out different characters
- Conclusion with a short cool-down period and feedback round

For curious people who want to get a taste of the world of aerial acrobatics. No previous acrobatic experience is required. Anyone can join in!
