About this experience
Aerial Silks/Vertical Tuchakrobatics combines dance and acrobatics in a very aesthetic way. It is suitable for young and old, acrobats and complete beginners.
Details to remember
What to bring?
Long sports pants (preferably already worn as we don't have a changing room on site). Something to drink. Sports shoes for the warm-up.
What is included?
Teaching the first basics of vertical cloth chorbatics. The necessary equipment (towels & mats) is of course provided.

How does this experience take place?
We start with a loose warm-up and stretching, and then it's time for the towels. You learn your first figures on the scarf and if you feel like adrenaline even a first drop/drop

For everyone, young and old, with or without sporting experience.
