About this experience
Some workshops are very serious matter exploring the nature of colours, some are proper tastings with explorations of complex flavours and matching them with the right spirits. And then there are workshops that are simply what they are: just for fun.
In this one here we say to hell with snobby expermientalis and overly bitter drinks on huge ice rocks. Here we concentrate on a couple of drinks that are simple joy: Pink, Fizzy, Sweet and Sour, all tingle on the tongue and served in fancy cocktail glasses. Drinks that make us think of the good times, of friends, long nights with loud music and yet behind all of that: a hint of class.
How does this experience take place?
- A simple explanation of some basic concepts that will be important in the drinks we will make.
- An introduction to the tools we will be using: shakers, strainers, spoons, etc.
- During the course, we will prepare 3 cocktails, with the workshops being different each time
- After each cocktail, we take a break to absorb the information and especially to drink the cocktails and enjoy the evening.
- The duration of the course is approximately 3 hours.
