Start with a short introduction and warm-up exercises before you grab your boxing gloves and set your sights on the canvas. Dip your fists in colors and let out your energy and creativity at the same time. Under guidance, a unique work of art is created.

How does this experience take place?
Welcome & introduction
Brief presentation of the process, safety rules and tips for the creative use of boxing gloves.
Warm-up Relaxing and stretching exercises to prepare muscles and joints and prevent injuries.
Paint and canvas preparation
Select the colors and prepare the canvas around the punching bag. The material is stretched in such a way that it can later be picked up by all participants, either completely by one person or cut into smaller pieces.
Punch & Paint
Box, whisk and spray the colors onto the canvas. Let your energy and creativity flow freely, with guidance and tips for exciting effects.
Fine-tuning & details
With brushes or hands, you can add the finishing touches and complete your work of art.
