Let yourself be inspired by the tempting flavors of Damascus cuisine! In this special cooking class in Berlin, Elyas shows you how to prepare traditional dishes such as tabbouleh and mahashi (stuffed zucchini and eggplants with spicy ground beef) and dessert. Enjoy a selection of pre-prepared maza (mezze), including hummus and eggplant mousse. There is also a glass of sparkling wine, water and two drinks of your choice to round off the evening perfectly. What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with a glass of sparkling wine and presentation of the recipes
- Joint preparation of tabbouleh, mutabal kusa (zucchini dip), mahshi bulgur and a dessert
