About this class
Our fruit brandy tasting, for 6 people or more, is an homage to the traditional distilling art of the Black Forest. In this exclusive experience, you will taste 6 selected, high-quality fruit brandies and spirits from regional production.
An experienced course instructor will guide you through the world of distillation, explain the differences between spirit and spirit and provide exciting background knowledge about raw materials, manufacturing processes and flavor profiles. We will impressively show you how diverse, delicious and modern fruit brandies can be — far removed from the outdated image of “spicy schnapps.”
The tasting is an invitation to experience the high quality, authenticity and passion of the Black Forest distillers with all your senses.
