About this experience
During “morning dew and mindfulness”, individuals, couples, groups or teams experience a conscious break in the countryside. Together we walk mindfully across a meadow, perceive nature with all senses, do simple breathing and perception exercises and create space for peace, clarity and new energy. The experience is suitable for anyone who wants to get away from everyday life, clear their heads and rediscover themselves, each other or the team in a relaxed way. No previous experience is required. The focus is on deceleration, closeness to nature and a mindful start to the day.
