Creative course in Augsburg: Portrait of gentle self-encounter
Find your flow and spend time with yourself — and us. For beginners and advanced users. A creative start to unwind.
Meet yourself, from the inside out, with the help of a monotype photo (one-time print) - for your MeTime in community. We're experimenting together. Process-oriented and open-ended: What counts for us is the experience, not the result.
We use:
• wax pencils or oil crayons
• watercolors • elements
for collage
What you’ll do in the class
After a small greeting, we come to rest together to start the creative exercise mindfully and relaxed. As an introduction, there are a few examples and a short round of talks on the subject of selfies and self-portraits.
We explain the monotyping technique before we start experimenting together and each one on our own. We start with the one-time printing process and then move on to paint and brush - in addition, there are elements for a collage. Value-free, process-oriented and open-ended: What counts for us is the experience, not the result.

For beginners and advanced users.
It is a creative course, free from any promise of healing. Not recommended for mental illnesses or only after consultation with a doctor.
