Go on an exciting wild herb hike at the Steinhaus in Königsfost near Cologne and discover the edible treasures of nature! Together, we explore the local plant world, learn how to safely identify edible wild herbs and medicinal plants and learn how they can be used in the kitchen or for health.
Finally, we produce our own herbal product — a lasting reminder of this special natural experience.

Who is the class suitable for?
This course is ideal for nature lovers, amateur chefs and anyone who wants to safely identify wild herbs and use them sustainably. No previous experience required!
Also available for closed groups upon request. Ideal for private groups and team events. Suitable for 6 to 20 people. (price for a minimum of 10 people)
