Ready for a creative break? When painting ceramics, you can let your creativity run wild and create unique works of art in good company.
What you’ll do in the class
- Selection of raw pottery: Choose the piece you want to design from a variety of shapes.
- Design: Use various techniques to decorate your piece:
- Different brushes
- foam brush (for points)
- tracing paper (to transfer motifs onto the ceramic, which are then painted in)
- toothbrushes (for speckles)
- stickers (to keep surfaces free, e.g. circles, hearts, labels)
- stamp
- wooden skewers (to scrape away grooves for great patterns)
- Thin adhesive tapes (for gluing edges and creating line patterns)
- Advice: Our team is here to help you with tips and tricks.
- Glazing and firing: We take care of glazing and firing your works.
- Pickup: Your finished pieces are ready for collection after approx. 2-3 weeks.
