About this class
Cheese and wine — dive into the world of perfect combinations and experience how coordinated cheeses and matching wines complement each other and create something new on the palate. From mild and creamy to intensely spicy - every cheese reacts differently with a particular wine and the right combination between cheese and wine shows which aromas harmonize.
At the wine & cheese seminar in Vienna, you will taste representatives of different types of cheese made from cow, sheep or goat milk in combination with different wines. With every new cheese and every additional bottle of wine, new worlds of taste open up and you discover which types of cheese do not beat a fine red wine, which wines can also keep up with mature and strong cheese, and that white wine goes better with some types of cheese than red wine.

Mag. Gerald Klebacz
I am a trained sommelier and would like to introduce my participants to the world of wine and tasting. It is particularly important to me that participants in my courses can sharpen their wine tasting skills and say what makes a wine stand out.
