Wine seminar for connoisseurs - Introduction to wine sensors and the correct tasting of wines
During this wine tasting in Vienna, you will learn to smell, taste and taste wine more consciously.

Together, you will discover the basics of wine sensors, learn more about grape varieties, wine production and the influence of climate, soil and location on the taste of wine.
During the seminar, you will taste 8 selected white, rosé and red wines and learn to specifically perceive aromas and differences. The experience combines in-depth knowledge with enjoyable practice and is ideal for anyone who wants to understand wine better.
What you’ll do in the class
The theoretical part of the course includes the production of white, rosé and red wines, the most important Austrian and international grape varieties, the effects of climate, soil and location on wine.
The practical part is about wine sensors, i.e. the correct tasting of wines using practical examples.
The duration of the seminar is between 3 and 3 ½ hours.
