About this class
What you’ll do in the class
1. Theoretical basics: At the beginning of the course, we will teach you the most important theoretical basics. You'll get to know the various icons, switches, and buttons on your camera. We will explain to you what aperture, ISO value and shutter speed are and how to optimally adjust these parameters.
2. Practice-oriented exercises: We immediately put what we have learned into practice. You will learn how to shoot without blurring and how to focus correctly. We'll show you techniques for selective depth of field so that you can focus or blur specific areas in the image.
3. Camera settings for different situations: You will find out which camera settings you should use for different shooting situations, such as landscape, architecture, movement, sports and animal, people/portrait photography. We'll explain why some of your images are under or over exposed and why they sometimes display incorrect colors.
4. Image design: Finally, we'll discuss techniques to make your pictures more exciting. You'll learn how to take impressive photos through composition, perspective and lighting.
