About this experience
Start your day with energizing breathwork and simple Tai Chi movements. This 30-minute morning practice helps calm the mind, improve focus, and energize the body before work.
Beginning with 10 minutes of energetic breathing exercises, followed by t’ai chi movements to open up the body.
We will end the session with a balancing pranayama to balance the nervous system.
How does this experience take place?
We begin with guided breathing to boost circulation and mental clarity, followed by mindful Tai Chi movements. The session ends with a short breathing exercise to reset the nervous system and leaves your feeling centered, calm, and ready for the day.
