Conscious Breathwork in Potsdam - conscious breathwork...

As a system, your body is a huge store of emotions. You feel this in various forms: sleep disorders, skin irritations, indigestion, back and neck pain, diffuse anxiety and worry, irritability, lack of strength.

What self-care is neglected in everyday life, you can give yourself back to yourself in one hour of conscious breathing meditation.

All you do is breathe deeply and deeply. I'll hold the room for you and accompany you.

The mind may quiet down, the body may rest, your mind may relax deeply.

We breathe according to the principle of connected breath: inhale and exhale without a break in between. Breathe as fully and deeply as you can. You will encounter resistance: pain, feelings, emotions, thoughts. That is the moment when you decide whether to stay within your limits or trust your breath. I am with you all the time and help you to stay with yourself and your body and to breathe deeply through your resistance. 

 

Contraindications:

Fresh surgeries (including teeth), severe high blood pressure, psychosis, heavy drug and alcohol use

What you’ll do in the class

  • Please arrive on time.
  • Once you've chosen your area for yourself, we'll do a quick check-in. You share what you want to share.
  • Breathing questions and instructions — a bit of theory so you know what to expect
  • Breathing session - approx. 1 h
  • Arrive and deep silence
  • graduation
  • Check-out and integration

Please stop eating heavy things at least 2 hours before breathing. I also ask you to refrain from alcohol and drugs on this day.

Who is the class suitable for?

All people who are over 18 years of age and are in a physically and mentally healthy state. Self-care and self-assessment is the topic here.

Why the age limit?

During breathing, deep processes and trauma reactions can occur. I am a trained alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and have worked in this area for many years. I therefore want everyone to be able to decide for themselves whether and how they deal with various topics.

I make exceptions in individual cases. My daughters (15 & 21) are breathing too. Please talk to me if it applies to you.
