Let experienced beer sommeliers and brewers guide you through our brewing facilities, enjoy a beer tasting of classic and craft beers and learn everything about the art of brewing. As a highlight, enjoy the view from our historic brewery tower from 1411. An experience for all beer lovers and curious people, which offers you insights into the art of brewing, sensory technology and the history of beer.

- The Lahnsteiner brewery is not equipped for disabled people.
- By participating, you agree that we can freely use photos from our events, even if you are pictured on them.
- We reserve the right to exclude people who are intoxicated at the start of the event. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the participation fee.
- Services under the contract that are not used will not be refunded.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome by beer sommelier or experienced brewer at the meeting point
- Start of the tour in the historic “Schalander” with beer tasting and information about the art of brewing
- Visiting the brewing facilities: brewhouse, fermentation and storage tanks, keg filling
- Ascent to the panoramic terrace of the brewery tower (26 m high, 102 steps) with views over Lahnstein and the Rhine Valley
- Beer tasting of various classic and craft beers
- Shopping facilities in the brewery market
We are a brewery with a brewery market and a small brewery museum, open Mon-Fr 7:30-15:30 but not a catering establishment. On request, we are happy to provide a list with the contact details of friendly restaurants that are only a few minutes away from our brewery on foot. There, our guests can reserve seats on their own and for their own account.
