This workshop will explore lots of beautiful and fascinating
shapes; the difficulty and technicality of the wraps can easily be
adapted to the level of the participants. Many of these poses
could be great also for photoshoots and choreographies.
How does this experience take place?
We will start with a warm-up and stretching and go to the silks after and learn beautiful figures and shapes on silks. We will end the workshop with a cool down section
