In this entry-level course, you will learn the basics of aerial acrobatics — safely, playfully and with lots of fun. No previous experience required! You'll be amazed how fast you can spin, float and dance in the cloths.

How does this experience take place?
We start by warming up and stretching and then learn beautiful figures and shapes on cloths. We will end the workshop with a cool-down period.

For adolescents and adults (over 14 years of age). No previous experience is required.
