In this workshop, many beautiful and fascinating
shapes are explored; the difficulty level and technique of the wraps can easily be
adapted to the level of the participants. Many of these poses
could also be great for photo shoots and choreography.
How does this experience take place?
We start by warming up and stretching and then learn beautiful figures and shapes on cloths. We will end the workshop with a cool-down period.
