From the start, Nicole has created a trusting and quiet atmosphere in which you immediately feel comfortable and in good hands. With great empathy and clarity, she guided through the breathing exercises, always leaving room for individual experiences. I was particularly impressed by how profound the effect of the session was — both physically and emotionally. I was able to release tensions and felt clearer, lighter and grounded at the same time.
