Welcome to my singing bowl meditation in Pirna. Make yourself comfortable on a yoga mat, close your eyes and let me take you to your own dream worlds by playing with singing bowls, monochord, drums, gong... The spherical sounds help you to focus your perception on the here and now and immerse yourself in meditation. You can also choose to float away with the vibrations on dream trips. Whether it's meditation or a dream trip: Here you can release tension, break through stressful mind games and become more relaxed from time to time.

If necessary, bring your own blanket (blankets are available), a small pillow and/or thick socks.
