Crime dinner – suspense, fun and a delicious meal all in one
An interactive crime dinner combines a gripping theatrical experience with a delicious dinner. You'll step into the role of a detective or a suspect and experience a thrilling crime story firsthand. Particularly popular variations include murder mystery dinners, crime dinner theatre, or interactive puzzle dinner tours like those from 2CYOU GmbH, where you discover three venues in a single evening. If you're craving another puzzle-solving adventure after the case is closed, an escape room makes a great addition. If you'd like to give a loved one an unforgettable experience, a flexible crime dinner gift certificate is always the right choice.
What is a crime dinner?
A crime dinner is an event where a crime is presented as an interactive theatrical performance during a multi-course meal. Guests aren't just spectators – they're often part of the story. The action unfolds around the dining table, and everyone present has to work together to unmask the culprit. These events challenge your powers of deduction and your understanding of human nature just as much as they entertain. A classic dinner show offers a similarly exciting evening, pairing culinary delights with live entertainment.
How does a crime dinner work?
First, guests are welcomed. Then, staff and guests are introduced to their roles for the crime dinner. The first clues follow, and the story begins. Guests discuss the case and exchange clues while dinner is served in courses. At the end of the evening, the case is solved together.
Crime dinners for private parties
Would you like to host a crime dinner exclusively for you and your guests? For birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or as an exciting team event for your next company celebration, a private crime dinner brings suspense and enjoyment straight to you – for example as part of a dedicated team event in Berlin. It doesn't have to be a huge group either: a private crime dinner for 8 people already guarantees an intense and thrilling evening with friends. Choose between different themes and settings and experience a gripping crime story together with your guests. Many organisers let you customise the event, whether with a special menu selection or a personalised storyline.
