What does our location look like?

Our winery is located in Volkach, a historic town on the Mainschleife, a few kilometers east of Würzburg. The 200 m² wine shop reflects us and our history - the combination of tradition and modernity - and is a special highlight with an old ape, a music box and a Pac-Man vending machine. How did we start Weingut Römmert?

The Weingut Römmert was founded in 1917 and has developed to this day into a fascinating wine world in which tradition and innovation are combined. We are proud of our Franconian tradition and love to explore new, modern paths at the same time. Our passion for wine and the vision of giving visitors an unforgettable wine experience led to the creation of our unique wine sensory center.
