Wine is more fun when you know what's in the glass. That is why we will guide you through our WeinSensoriKum, a modern world of experience that lets you experience wine with all your senses. Here we present you everything you need to know and information about viticulture in Franconia.
What can I expect from this course?
- We will shed light on the terroir and the historical background and give you an insight into everyday winemaking life.
- In doing so, you will also learn unconventional methods of winemaking.
- From music-sounding concrete eggs to Georgian amphora, everything is included.
- And last but not least, we will give you an insight into our modern wine cellar and the traditional barrel warehouse of our 25-hectare winery.
- During the tour, you will not only learn a lot of interesting facts about viticulture, but you will also taste the wine right where it is made.
