Stoff'n Bio Edelpilze book classes

Sebastian & Lisa have dedicated themselves to growing various edible mushrooms at the Stoffenbauernhof in the Salzburg Lake District. The “Stoff'n organic noble mushrooms” are characterized by the fact that they carry out all growth phases of the mushroom - i.e. from mushroom brood (the “seed”) to the finished mushroom - on their own farm. They are happy to share this knowledge with interested parties in workshops and guided tours.
