We were a group of 18 people aged +-60, including the Hessian state parliament member Hartwig Jourdan. On his behalf, the tour was also booked for originally 22 people. The tour route was agreed in advance and went perfectly. Unfortunately, the tour guide had very little or no background knowledge about most buildings, not even the approximate construction time! Even for relaxed management, an appropriate briefing should be provided. We did not expect a historical tour, but apart from the note “that these are old stones”, there could be a bit more information. The constant suggestion that you want to take pictures of us in front of the buildings is not enough for a booked city tour! We paid 330.00€ for the tour! Since the event did not meet our expectations in any way, we are requesting a partial refund.
