My daughter and I took the course together. It was a birthday present for my daughter. Unfortunately, the course was completely overcrowded, meaning that participation in cooking was limited to one dish. Due to the tightness, it was also not possible to watch the other participants or exchange ideas. It would also have been nice if we had learned something about oriental cuisine in general, whose dishes were prepared. The atmosphere was very nice and the wine offered was very good. In general, we had expected a lot more from the evening at the price.

My children and their partners received the Mezze cooking class from me on March 27 for Christmas. I bought a total of 6 tickets and the recipients were full of anticipation. Unfortunately, everyone was very disappointed with the event. The reason for this was the high number of participants, which meant that not all people were involved in cooking. Guiding and supervising during the preparation of the individual dishes also proved difficult. An introduction to the special features of Oriental cuisine and the products used would have been desirable, for example to transfer knowledge about typical spices and the composition of spice mixtures. There was also a lack of a clear advance overview of which dishes were prepared in total, with the result that most participants only dealt with one dish and did not know what was happening left and right. Overall, my family described the learning effect as low, which is not okay considering the price.

The course was a birthday present for my daughter and her husband. Because of the high price, my expectations were high! Unfortunately, the feedback was very disappointing: There was no learning gain about the special features of Oriental cuisine, the group (20 people!!!) It was much too big for that! In principle, you were only busy with one dish, the overview was missing I can't recommend this course!

Our joint cooking class was a great experience that strengthened our team spirit. Particularly noteworthy is the professional support provided by the chef, who guided us through the evening with patience, expertise and humor. Thanks to his guidance, we learned new cooking techniques and prepared delicious dishes. The relaxed atmosphere, cooking and enjoying together made the event a complete success — an all-round successful evening that we are happy to repeat! 🍽️👨‍🍳🎉

The course was a great success! Our team immediately felt at home in the stylish ambiance of the Küche & Co. Studio in Wiesbaden. Marcus was a great host — communicative and always available for a relaxed message. The dishes were a real treat, perfectly coordinated and prepared with attention to detail. The whole thing was accompanied by sparkling wine and regional wine, which rounded off the evening perfectly. The only drawback: The parking situation was a bit difficult. All in all, highly recommended.

A friendly and competent chef named Markus met extremely communicative “apprentices”. A really fun and recommended course that enriched the skills and also spoiled the palate!

It was a wonderful evening the teacher had a lot of patience with me beginners and the prepared meals were delicious 😋 definitely recommend 👍
