Nature education, herbal knowledge and creativity

I offer herbal hikes, nature experiences and creative breaks in Münster and the surrounding area. I help you get to know the local plant world and discover it in practice. During herb hikes, I show edible and healing wild herbs and how they can be safely identified and explain how they can be used in everyday life — e.g. in the kitchen or in your own wild medicine cabinet. I also lead groups with creative offerings with or in nature: From botanical drawing and land art to creating and using natural colors to nature journaling.
