GIOMECCA Private Pastry Sessions

GIOMECCA is a contemporary pastry studio in Berlin founded by Giorgio Mecca. We create modern pastry with a strong focus on technique, precision and product development. Our private sessions take place directly in the GIOMECCA laboratory and are designed for serious pastry enthusiasts and professionals who want individual, hands-on training. Each session is tailored to the participant’s level and goals, from entremets, chocolate and macarons to glazing, finishing and technical troubleshooting. Dedicated panettone and natural fermentation intensives are also available on request
