Healthy & delicious

My training as a holistic health coach (at the Academy of Naturopathy AKN Lucerne) has significantly changed my view of conventional nutrition. The new findings I have gained from this about the illness of society, the increase in so-called diseases of civilization and the many ways we have to combat them through diet motivate me.

Unfortunately, healthy food does not have a good reputation and is often actually not very attractive. It is important to me to show that eating healthily doesn't mean giving up pleasure and making you happy. I am always happy to share this with you in my workshops. Come on, join us!
