Die Eule Berlin book classes

Hello, my name is Dariusz Kulakowski and I run Die Eule, a bartending school based in Berlin, Germany. I've worked in a variety of cocktail bars, restaurants and hotels, including Crackers, Hotel de Rome, Limonadier, Herr Lindemann, and Provocateur. All here in Berlin, over the course of about a decade.

My mission is to train the next generation of bartenders and mixologists and provide them with a framework of information, skills, and mentality that will bring them lasting success throughout their careers. After all, the world of mixology is wonderful. It's FULL of creativity, exploration, history, people, travel, community, spirits, secrets, and good old-fashioned fun.
